-Partner up with somebody and find a common weight so that you can share a bar between the two of you. You complete the first round on the bar and then your partner completes a round. Each partnership keeps track of their rounds.
*Burpee Deadlift = complete a burpee holding onto the bar and then once you bring your feet back up, complete the dead lift. (you don’t jump, just deadlift the bar)
*Burpee Power clean= complete a burpee on the bar and then go right into a power clean
*Burpee squat clean= same thing just into a squat clean
